Introduction:.People have diverse choice to choose from what job can complete their requirement .Since my teenage ,I had a passion to explore the world, not mere to earn but to make new experiences ,gain some knowledge .Then I decided to initiate my studies abroad and pursue a relevant course in my field .I used to be more interested in Finance and Accounting which has lead me to go with #Banking Sector .It was quite hard to decide upon this career ,as many options offered some good pay  but that ends to be  boring.

Primary Education: – Then, I started my bachelor’s studies in a renowned college in Canada enrolling in a business course of two years length. During that time period I was working in the same sector to gain experience which could give my application more strength .As of working in this field comes with many challenges which I like to overcome always .I never wanted to indulge in something which involves repeating something over and over again ,Hence this job could fulfill my dream of holding a good position in banking sector because it offers variety of novel tasks ,with some learning and also improve the widely used #accounting skills.

Work related experience :- Another aspect to this ambition ,after my schooling I got myself trained as a trainer in a language school which I did deliberately to not only gain some experience but to serve #customer service skills .I like to interact with people having different attributes, traits which gives me a different kind of pleasure. Another job was tutoring #Accounts , #Finance during my break which on purpose increased my practicing ability and gained improvement in my efforts.

 A step towards goal:-  However, I am almost at the end of my term, which means  more near to be passionate towards putting effort to my goal .I have told one of my friend who works in bank about my interest in this sector ,so she could ask her manager about any assistant manager vacancy .And she did, it turned out to be in favor ,after my profile check, manager called and was inspired to employ me for necessary training. I think this career involves a lot of hard work which will later help me build skills like problem solving, quick at #calculations, good personality, more aware and many things. I don’t want to work under somebody’s influence.

So, i want to put more efforts and try to achieve the top position in the bank being the manager. This opportunity comes with more responsibilities, handsome pay and a well-known profession in society. I believe i won’t be tired or bored of this job ever as it is my interest.

Conclusion: – Overall, Banking is a fast paced and growing industry, with many opportunities for long term career. It will also somehow expose me to the varies aspects of the #business world. The personal and #professional growth would be boosted in this sector because it’s a productive career path to opt for. It is true that this universe revolves around #money, and people in their daily lives touch it, use it, count it, make it, talk about it and nothing is possible without money for basic survival of #human life.

I hope my choice of this career would be an exciting, rewarding and satisfying phase of my life. The company I would like to initiate would be for Comfo shoes, being a new brand in Market, Company need to do a lot effort to succeed and make a good market share. “Comfo shoes” as the name suggests wants to bring its customer the best experience of comfortable shoes. Primarily the company would need to do a lot of advertisements to gain some customers to run the business smoothly. For this reason, best deal is to create a social media marketing plan. Comfo shoes has many objectives to fulfil the customer needs and be profitable at the same time. Foremost, the prime goal; of the company is to strive in market and to be ranked 1^st in providing the most comfortable shoes. This goal needs to be present to achieve the success or some good rate of return on the investments the company would make throughout the time business operates. The major focus is to set the goal as a SMART one, so it’s easy to achieve and will help further in the marketing campaign development. Creating the goal would also bring target audience into consideration, which has two diverse streams, Primary and Secondary. For this particular brand company is trying to focus on men and women aged between 16-45, who are more physically active and involved in sports and secondary market is 45-60 who are in their elder ages and they are very specific about the brands and the comfort they choose. Well, after analysis of the brand and its market to be catered some certain platforms need to be chosen, and only those which will be best suitable for attracting respective target audiences. Platforms considered to market the shoes would be Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Firstly, reason for choosing Facebook is it is flexible and will be easy lookoff specific target audience. It also offers the paid ads option to the company and ensures business regulate their ads as per demographics, behaviour, location, income-level etc. Share is like the button regulating the social media-marketing, the more visible a Facebook post would be, higher the sharing, resulting ultimately to more people in customers (Berns, 2016). Other, Instagram one of the best ways to get inspired in terms of style and know about new brands these days is to flick through your Instagram feed. Moreover, Twitter has a way to get mass customer attention as its posts are short and are preferred by the working class because they need updates in what’s going around. People share their different opinions regarding any ad which are a productive source through twitter. While laying out the editorial calendar particularly we would focus on posting throughout the week through any of 3 platforms we have opted. Like the main focus is on remaining active and there would be 3 posts in a week on FB, and putting stories on Instagram each day, twitter for weekends ads. These are chosen because of their strong ability to catch mass attention and are convenient, cost friendly methods. Most prevailing among these is Facebook which is the oldest and trendy method till now. Coming to this brand vantages, it will ensure durability and strength to the users. However, Google analytics would be used to check the growth of the campaign and is the only best way to judge where we have reached. Next, most important factor in analysing the success would be who are the competitors and reason why customer prefers them. Check the quality of own product and ensuring Comfy shoes would be better can serve this. After careful analysis of all this last but not least the social audit needs to be done, which plan is more effective in terms of cost, time should be chosen.

It is less or more like the feedback from the customers. People like to have freedom in posting the images, audio and text about their opinion on specific ads posted. It is a good indication and makes company to produce things as per pulling customer instead of pushing their goods. These are easily accessible, being online created by the users using the goods instead of the firm. One drawback is the criticism from the people who don’t like your product for any reason will make the potential customers to not even try your product. It can have too much great influence if the comments are positive, which will increase the return on the investments made. In nutshell, Comfy would like to take benefit from this UGC as it will help in building a good customer image,  they would put their choices and we would customise it as per required, resulting in good bond developed between two parties and that is necessary for growth.
